A (bad quality) video of me testing after dropping the main jet to a 74 and re-setting the CO's.

So it seems all it wanted was more RPM, put in 4.7g rollers and it revs like a chainsaw now Need to have a run with my mate and see if it has improved, its definately more fun on the road.

thats a pretty nice pipe.but looks small for a 100cc two smoke if i showed you my 70 pipe youll see why.a leovince ZX looks a bit larger then that...have you checked the condition of your rollers and belt.flat spots on the rollers may sometimes have that flat spot in the power but so will a flat belt at times.you think 5.5 weights will work to your advantage aswell

Once the clutch is out it accelerates fairly smoothly. When putting in the yellow clutch springs I did notice that of the 3 arms of the clutch, only 1 could actually swing out. Removed the circlips and used some fancy grease on the pivot points and it was much better. Lightest rollerweights I have is 4.7g, might try them this weekend and see if it makes it worseedited to add pic of exhaust:

I have a BWS100 with malossi yellow contra spring, malossi yellow clutch springs, locally made exhaust, 5g rollers, the snorkel removed from the airbox, a bigger main jet 76 (stock is 72.5) and needle has been raised 1 clip. Basically it gets off the line decently but it feels like the clutch is still holding on too long when accelerating flatout from standstill. This is more evident when I have a few runs against a friend of mine who has a GY6 150cc. We'll pull off at the same time, I'll sit next to him then I sort of hit this patch where I dont accelerate and he pulls ahead then I get past this point and cruise past him. It was worse when I had the malossi green clutch springs in but I finally sourced the rest of the set and stepped down then trying the whites and finally the yellows but it sort of feels like I need clutch springs under the malossi yellows.I had 6.6g rollers in but it was dead off the line, tried half 6.6 half 5g and it was better then went full 5g and acceleration was great but the 'overrev' during clutch releasing was still there. Lighter rollers? Heavier rollers? or must I try find different clutch springs?
